Greggs School, Southampton

Welcome to The Gregg School

The Gregg School is a co-educational independent day school with a roll of approximately 320 students aged 11-16. The School is a member of the Independent Schools Association (ISA) and the Independent Schools Council (ISC).

Set in 23 acres of private landscaped grounds, we are a caring and friendly school where students grow and learn with confidence.

Exciting learning opportunities exist for children with differing skills and abilities, who are encouraged to reach their full potential in small teaching groups taught by a well-qualified and conscientious staff.

Students are able to participate in a full curriculum, a wide range of social, cultural and recreational activities, and a strong programme to stimulate personal development. In so doing they develop initiative, a sense of identity and the ability to work co-operatively in a challenging environment.

Our most recent Independent Schools' Inspectorate (ISI) Inspection Report validates our own belief that our School provides quality education that is tailored to individual children.
Comments such as "relationships between staff and pupils, and between pupils themselves, are outstanding in a climate of openness and trust" echo our own feelings about the unique ethos at our School.

Do come and visit us - you will be warmly welcomed.
